Abstract:
A power-source-less transparent cooling device comprising an infrared reflecting layer, a first heat radiating layer, and a second heat radiating layer in this order, wherein: the power-source-less transparent cooling device has average visible light transmittance of 80% or greater and haze of 10% or lower; the first heat radiating layer contains a material different from that of the second heat radiating layer and has an absorption peak of 50% or greater in the wavelength region of 8-13 μm; the second heat radiating layer has an absorption peak of 50% or greater in the wavelength region of 7-10 μm; and the infrared reflecting layer has an average reflectance of 80% or greater in the wavelength range of 7-13 μm.
