Abstract:
Provided are a power steering device for making a ball move smoothly within a connecting member for circulating a ball, and a method for manufacturing the power steering device. A first curved surface part of a first connecting passage of a nut that faces a first bent part of a connecting member is formed into a curved surface shape so that the gap formed with the first bent part is equal to or less than a prescribed value. A second curved surface part of a second connecting passage of a nut that faces a second bent part of the connecting member is formed into a curved surface shape so that the gap formed with the second bent part is equal to or less than a prescribed value.
