Abstract:
The purpose of the present embodiment is to provide a power storage element degradation estimator for estimating degradation of a power storage element, a power storage device, a device for controlling input/output of a power storage element, and a method for controlling input/output of a power storage element. The present embodiment is characterized in that the rate of reduction in the transient output of a power storage element is estimated on the basis of the temperature detected from the power storage element and at least one of the ΔSOC, the maximum load, and the average load obtained from the current detected from the power storage element.
