Abstract:
This power storage system has a secondary cell and a charging device for charging the secondary cell. The charging device is provided with: a table record unit for recording a table showing the correspondence between charging conditions and combinations of the temperature and the DC resistance of the secondary cell; a temperature detector for detecting the temperature of the secondary cell; a resistance detector for detecting the DC resistance of the secondary cell; and a charge controller configured so as to reference a charging condition from the table on the basis of the detected temperature and DC resistance, and perform a control so that the secondary cell is charged according to the charging condition.
