Abstract:
A plurality of control circuits (31a-31d, 32a-32d) control the ON/OFF of each of a plurality of cutoff switches (20a-20d). A first signal system (60) transmits a significant signal during normal operation, and transmits a non-significant signal when stoppage is necessary, the signals being transmitted in a direction from the control circuits (31d, 32d) at one end of the plurality of control circuits (31a-31d, 32a-32d) to the control circuits (31a, 32a) at the other end. A second signal system (70) transmits a significant signal during normal operation, and transmits a non-significant signal when stoppage is necessary, the signals being transmitted in a direction from the control circuits (31a, 32a) at the other end to the control circuits (31d, 32d) at the one end. The control circuits (31a, 32a) at the other end transmit a non-significant signal to the second signal system (70) when the signal received by the first signal system (60) is a non-significant signal.
