Abstract:
The present invention balances avoidance of excessive standby power loss with supplying of large current, and uses simple configuration to electrically connect a power storage device and a load which is for onboard use in a vehicle and whereto power can be supplied by the power storage device. The power supply box is provided with: a first terminal connected to a first power storage device for supplying power to a first load; a second terminal connected to an alternator and to a second load; a normally-off switch connected between the first terminal and second terminal; and a bypass connected between the first terminal and second terminal in parallel with the switch. The bypass includes: a diode having a forward direction extending from the first terminal toward the second terminal; and a resistor connected between the first terminal and second terminal in series with the diode.
