The present application relates to a power supply circuit and a power supply apparatus. The power supply circuit comprises: an input circuit (100), which is configured to modulate an input voltage into a first working voltage and a second working voltage; a low-voltage circuit (200), which is configured to generate a first output voltage on the basis of the first working voltage; a high-voltage circuit (300), which is configured to generate a second output voltage on the basis of the second working voltage; an isolation circuit (400), which is connected to the high-voltage circuit and the low-voltage circuit, is used for outputting the first output voltage, and is configured to isolate, according to a preset isolation voltage, the low-voltage circuit from the second output voltage, which is higher than the preset isolation voltage, when the high-voltage circuit outputs the second output voltage; and a control circuit (500), which is connected to the high-voltage circuit and the low-voltage circuit, and is configured to respectively control the high-voltage circuit and the low-voltage circuit to generate the first output voltage and the second output voltage. By means of the present application, a second output voltage can be prevented from damaging a low-voltage circuit; moreover, an output of a power supply circuit is seamlessly switched from a first output voltage to the second output voltage.
