Abstract:
The present invention safely operates a power supply circuit. A charging switch is connected to a first terminal of a capacitor, the charging switch performing charging of an input voltage into the capacitor on the basis of a control signal inputted to a control terminal. A discharge switch, which is complementary to the charging switch, is connected to the first terminal of the capacitor, the discharge switch discharging the voltage charged in the capacitor to generate an output voltage on the basis of a control signal inputted to a control terminal. A charge control signal conversion unit converts a charge control signal for controlling charging into a control signal in which the input voltage serves as a reference, and inputs the control signal to the control terminal of the charging switch. A discharge control signal conversion unit converts a discharge control signal for controlling discharging into a control signal in which the output voltage serves as a reference, and inputs the control signal to the control terminal of the discharge switch. A pulse voltage supply unit supplies a pulse voltage to a second terminal. Control signal generation units generate the charge control signal and the discharge control signal in an exclusive manner, and supply the resulting charge control signal and discharge control signal.
