Abstract:
The present utility model discloses a power supply circuit for a motor controller, and the motor controller, comprising a three-phase filter circuit, a three-phase surge protection circuit, a three-phase rectifier circuit, a reactor L1 and an electrolytic capacitor. A three-phase AC mains input (U, V, W) is filtered by the three-phase filter circuit, passes through the three-phase surge protection circuit, and then enters an input end of the three-phase rectifier circuit. After the reactor L1 regulates a power factor, an output end of the three-phase rectifier circuit charges the electrolytic capacitor and forms a DC bus voltage (Vbus) for output. The power supply circuit is effectively resistant to the impact of a 6 kV surge, has strong anti-interference capability, can protect electronic components from being easily damaged, and can improve the stability and reliability of the motor controller.
