Abstract:
The present invention relates to a power supply circuit, comprising a device, a second electrode of the device and a third electrode of the device being used for forming a first series circuit together with a load needing power supply; and further comprising a light-emitting element and a receiving element. The receiving element is a photoelectric conversion element, and the light-emitting element provides an optical signal for the receiving element. The receiving element is connected to the first electrode of the device, an electric signal generated by the receiving element is amplified by means of the device and provided for the load, and the device works in an amplification area. The present invention is reasonable in design and has the advantage of high purity of an output current (voltage).
