Abstract:
Provided are: a power supply control circuit wherein power feeding can be controlled at low cost and with high performance, by a configuration in which an N-channel FET and a P-channel FET can be used for different purposes, as necessary; and a power supply control apparatus comprising the power supply control circuit. An N-channel FET (36) (NchFET in the figure) and a P-channel FET (32) (PchFET in the figure) are connected in parallel between the plus voltage side (+B) of a battery (DC power supply) and a plurality of ECUs (loads) (4), and ON/OFF control is executed as necessary.
