Abstract:
A comparator circuit (54) receives a third abnormal threshold voltage (Vop)
from a threshold voltage generator (52) at one input terminal, and, when a terminal
voltage (Vo) becomes lower than this third abnormal threshold voltage (Vop),
outputs a low level disconnection abnormality judgment signal (OP) to a control
logic (27). Three threshold setting resistors (64a to 64c) are connected in
series between the source of a power MOSFET (14) and a ground terminal (P6), and
a divided voltage at the connection point (Y) between the threshold setting resistor
(64a) and the threshold setting resistor (64b) is outputted as the above third
abnormal threshold voltage (Vop).
