Abstract:

This power supply control device is provided with a control unit for controlling turning on/off of a switch circuit for switching on/off the supply of load current from a power supply to a load. The control unit performs: determination processing (S30, S40) for, upon receiving an operation instruction from a switch input detection unit, determining, on the basis of a power supply voltage value received from a voltage detection unit and a load current value previously stored in a storage unit, whether or not the power supply voltage value decreases to equal to or less than an allowable voltage value when turning on the switch circuit; and switching control processing (S50, S80) for turning on the switch circuit when it is determined in the determination processing that the power supply voltage value does not decrease to less than or equal to the allowable voltage value and not turning on the switch circuit when it is determined that the power supply voltage value decreases to equal to or less than the allowable voltage value.
