Abstract:
According to the present invention, regarding an N channel-type FET (20) of a power supply control device (10), a drain into which a current is input and a source from which the current is output are arranged in a current passage of the current flowing from a DC power supply (11) to a load (12). When a first determination circuit (24) determines that a control voltage between a gate and the source of the FET (20) is equal to or greater than a first threshold and a second determination circuit (25) determines that a both end voltage between the drain and the source of the FET (20) is equal to or greater than a second threshold, a driving circuit (22) switches the FET (20) off.
