Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a power supply control device with which it is possible to shorten a battery heating time. This power supply control device for controlling power supply to a heater for heating a battery comprises: a calculating unit for calculating a state value of the battery if a detected temperature of the battery is less than a predetermined temperature; and a control unit for operating the heater using both power from a charging device used to charge the battery and power from the battery, if the calculated state value is equal to or greater than a predetermined state value.
