Abstract:
When mitigating the lowering of a power supply voltage by limiting a power supply current at an upper limit current value, the setting of the upper limit current value is prevented from becoming insuffient or excessive. This power supply current control device is provided with: a voltage detection means (35) for detecting the power supply voltage supplied from a power supply circuit; a current detection means (36) for detecting the power supply current supplied from the power supply circuit; a current limit value calculation unit (41) for calculating a current limit value on the basis of the difference between the power supply voltage detected by the voltage detection means and a predetermined set voltage, the power supply current detected by the current detection means, and a resistor model representing the resistive component of the power supply circuit; a power supply current limit unit (42) for limiting the magnitude of the power supply current on the basis of the current limit value; a change rate limit value calculation unit (43) for calculating a change rate limit value on the basis of the above difference and the change speed of the power supply voltage; and a power supply current change rate limit unit (44) for limiting the change rate of the power supply current on the basis of the change rate limit value.
