Abstract:
Disclosed is a power supply detection device. The power supply detection device comprises a power supply module, a rack, a mounting plate, a vacuum sucker, an industrial camera, a servo motor, a lead screw, a feeding nut, a feeding platform, a detecting bracket, a detecting module, and a data display device. Compared with the prior art, in the device, the power supply module is placed on a placement platform and is sucked and fixed by means of the vacuum sucker, the servo motors are driven to work to drive the lead screws to rotate, and accordingly the feeding nut and the feeding platform move forwards and backwards; the feeding platform moves to drive the detection module to be in contact with the power supply module, values of a current, a resistance, a voltage and the like of the power supply module are measured in detail, specific detection of the power supply module is implemented, and data is displayed on the data display device; the device has an ingenious structure and powerful functions and can detect the power supply module in an omnibearing manner, and greatly improves the quality of the power supply module.
