Title:
POWER SUPPLY DEVICE, ELECTRIC VEHICLE USING SAME, AND POWER STORAGE DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/070478
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In order to ensure smooth sliding between a heat transfer sheet and a battery cell by reducing the frictional resistance between the top surface of the heat transfer sheet and the bottom surface of the battery cell while still maintaining a heat conduction state between the battery cell and the heat transfer sheet, a power supply device according to the present invention is provided with: a plurality of battery cells (1) each having a square exterior can; a pair of end plates (3) covering both end surfaces of a battery stack formed by stacking the plurality of battery cells (1); a plurality of plate-shaped binding bars that extend along the stack direction of the plurality of battery cells (1), that are disposed one on each of the opposed side surfaces of the battery stack, and that fasten the end plates (3) to each other; a heat dissipation plate (9) that has a top surface over which the battery stack is placed to dissipate heat from the battery stack; and a heat transfer sheet (6) that is disposed between the top surface of the heat dissipation plate (9) and the bottom surface of the battery stack to place the heat dissipation plate (9) and the battery stack into a thermally coupled state. A low-friction sliding layer (7), which has a smaller frictional resistance than the top surface of the heat transfer sheet (6), is disposed between the heat transfer sheet (6) and the battery cells (1).
