Abstract:
Disclosed are a power supply device and LED illumination device using the same. The present invention provides a power supply device and LED illumination device using the same, in which an inductor is connected to a position between the ground potential and the input voltage of a driving unit to allow common use of the reference potential of the output voltage and the ground potential of the driving unit, thereby facilitating the control an output voltage and output current, and a diode is equipped therein and is used to supply an inductor current stored in the inductor as the output voltage to the capacitor to enable free setting of the output voltage regardless of the magnitude of the input voltage.
