Abstract:
A power supply device for liquid crystal aligned and an alignment ultraviolet optical irradiator (100). The power supply device for liquid crystal alignment comprises: a probe bar (120) comprising a first driving probe group and a second driving probe group, the first driving probe group and the second driving probe group respectively having multiple probes; a substrate (110) comprising multiple electrodes respectively in electrical contact with the first driving probe group and the second driving probe group in a positionally aligned manner; a power supply module (130) connected to the probes of the probe bar (120) to supply power thereto; a control device (140) connected to the power supply module (130) so as to control the power supply module (130), so that the power supply module (130) sends out a pre-set electric signal to each of the probes; and a slide rheostat device (160) located between the power supply module (130) and the first driving probe group, wherein an electrode corresponding to the first driving probe group and an electrode corresponding to the second driving probe group are located at two sides of the substrate (110) respectively, and the wiring length between the first driving probe group and the electrode corresponding thereto is less than the wiring length between the second driving probe group and the electrode corresponding thereto.
