Abstract:
The present invention relates to a power supply device. The power supply device, according to the present invention, comprises: an inverter for converting a direct current power into an alternating current power; an impedance matching circuit for supplying the alternating current power to a load; and a controller for controlling the amount of power that the inverter supplies to the load via the impedance matching circuit by controlling the arrangement of a powering interval in which the inverter outputs the alternating current power, and a freewheeling interval in which the inverter does not output the alternating current power.
