Abstract:
A static eliminator (1) comprises: a transformer (T1) that has a primary coil (N1) into which AC voltage is input and a secondary coil (N2) which has a first end that is connected to a ground; a positive-side rectifier circuit (12) in which a capacitor and a diode are combined in two stages, which is connected to a second end of the secondary coil (N2), and which boosts the positive voltage inducted by the secondary coil (N2) and outputs said voltage to a positive ion generator (101); a negative-side rectifier circuit (13) in which a capacitor and a diode are combined in two stages, which is connected to the second end of the secondary coil (N2), and which boosts the negative voltage inducted by the secondary coil (N2) and outputs said voltage to a negative ion generator (102); and a capacitor (C3) having a first end that is connected to the positive-side rectifier circuit (12) and the negative-side rectifier circuit (13), and a second end that is connected to the ground.
