Abstract:
 In the present invention, an output voltage V and an output current I are detected for loads I, II, and the detected output voltage V and output current I are supplied to a main control device 5, whereby duty control for the PWM control of a separately excited conversion device is performed by the CPU 9 of the main control device 5. In the CPU 9, a two-dimensional relationship of the output voltage V and the output current I is indicated, and a native characteristic curve is used that intersects with the desired two-dimensional output characteristics and indicates the two-dimensional relationship of the output voltage V and the output current I when the duty is fixed at a constant; the detected output voltage V and output current I are substituted in an attractor function R that is uniquely determined from the shape of the two-dimensional output characteristics; and the duty for the PWM control is raised and lowered at regular time intervals in such a direction as to converge with the attractor function R, on the basis of the positive or negative sign of the attractor function when the difference is taken between the output voltage V at the corresponding attractor function R and a prescribed standard voltage V0, and when the difference is taken between the output current I at the corresponding attractor function R and a prescribed standard current I0.
