Abstract:
A first switch (21) performs electric connection and disconnection between a first power source (11) and a prescribed load (92). A bypass relay (31) is provided in parallel with the first switch (21). A switch control unit (45) can issue a command to the first switch (21) on the condition that a voltage equal to or greater than a prescribed required voltage (E1) is supplied. A relay control unit (55) controls the bypass relay (31). A first path (41) electrically connects the first power source (11) to the switch control unit (45). A second path (42) electrically connects a second power source to the switch control unit (45). A detection unit (54) detects irregularities in the first path (41) and/or the second path (42). The relay control unit (55) closes the bypass relay (31) when an irregularity is detected by the detection unit (54).
