Disclosed is a power supply line for high-frequency current wherein the positioning of the inner tube in relation to the outer tube is accurate, and which has a good moldable yield. Also disclosed is a manufacturing method for said power supply line for high-frequency current. A power supply line for high frequency current (1) has a double cylindrical conductor section (2) comprising an inner tube (2a) and an outer tube (2b) which is concentric to the inner tube (2a) and integrally linked thereto by four connecting sections (2c) along the entire length in the longitudinal direction. The four connecting sections (2c) are circumferentially disposed at predetermined intervals. By providing the four connection sections (2c) between the inner tube (2a) and the outer tube (2b), it is possible to more accurately position the inner tube (2a) and to reduce high frequency resistance when compared with the likes of conventional power supply lines for high-frequency current (100) having only one connecting section (200c) between an inner tube (200a) and an outer tube (200b).
