Disclosed is a power supply method which includes: a step wherein power is generated by a power generation apparatus using renewable energy; a step wherein the power generated by the power generation apparatus is stored in an electrical storage apparatus; a step wherein, on the basis of the power generated by the power generation apparatus at a first time point and that at a second time point prior to the first time point, the rate of increase or reduction of the power generation between the first time point and the second time point is calculated, and a target output power is determined on the basis of the rate; and a step wherein the target output power is outputted from the power generation apparatus and/or the electrical storage apparatus.
