Abstract:
Provided is a power-supply state monitoring device capable of providing the user with a notification differentiating between whether there is a problem with an AC cord, or whether no power supply device is mounted. The power-supply state monitoring device is provided in an device body onto which a first power supply device and a second power supply device that are equipped with AC cords can be mounted, and is an device for monitoring, when power supply is supplied from the first power supply device to the device body, the state of power supplying from the second power supply device to the device body. The power-supply state monitoring device determines whether the second power supply device is mounted on the device body, on the basis of a power-supply mounted-state notification signal from the second power supply device, and when the second power supply device is mounted on the device body, determines whether power supply is supplied from the AC cord of the second power supply device on the basis of an AC feeding state notification signal from the second power supply device, and when power supply is not supplied from the AC cord, notifies a user that the second power supply device is mounted on the device body, but power supply is not supplied from the AC cord thereof.
