Abstract:
A system for supplying power to a magnetic-bearing controller for a permanent-magnet motor comprising: - a first power supply module configured to be connected to an electrical network and to supply power to the controller; - a second power supply module configured to supply power to the magnetic-bearing controller, the voltage of the second module being provided by the motor; - a device for selecting the first power supply module or the second power supply module to supply power to the controller, the second power supply module being configured to deliver, in a nominal operating mode, a voltage that is lower than the voltage delivered by the first power supply module, the selecting device being configured to select the power supply module that delivers the highest voltage to the controller.
