Abstract:
This power-supplying device comprises: a power-supplying unit that wirelessly supplies power to a power-receiving device that has a power-receiving coil; a communication unit that receives coil information that has been transmitted from the power-receiving device; and a control unit that, on the basis of the coil information, makes a first determination about whether to supply power to the power-receiving device and, on the basis of the results of the first determination, controls the activity of the power-supplying unit. The coil information indicates whether a coil is provided in the vicinity of the power-receiving coil.
