Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application relate to the field of circuits. Disclosed are a power switch circuit and an EFUSE,, which can alleviate the problem of mistaken programming caused by the fact that a Core transistor in an EFUSE bears relatively high IO voltage for a long time and the stability of a device is influenced. The specific solution is as follows: the power switch circuit is used for providing programming voltage for a memory cell array in the EFUSE when the EFUSE is programmed, and comprises a first input interface, the first input interface being used for receiving a programming control signal, and the programming control signal being used for controlling whether the EFUSE is in a programming mode; when the EFUSE is in the programming mode and is written to, the level of an output end of the power switch circuit is consistent with the level of the programming control signal.
