Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a power switch module and a converter comprising said power switch module. The power switch module comprises a driving board, a power switch, and a metal substrate. The driving board comprises a first part and a second part, an upper surface of the first part of the driving board being provided with a driving circuit, a lower surface of the second part of the driving board being directly connected to the metal substrate, the metal substrate being used to be connected to a heat sink to perform heat dissipation on the power switch module; and the power switch is connected to the driving board or the metal substrate, the power switch being electrically connected to the driving board, and the driving circuit of the driving board providing a driving signal to the power switch.
