Abstract:
The present invention relates to a power system and a control method for a hybrid vehicle. The power system comprises an engine, a first electric motor, a second electric motor, a clutch device, a first transmission shaft and a second transmission shaft, wherein an output end of the engine and an output end of the first electric motor are respectively in transmission connection with the first transmission shaft, and an output end of the second electric motor is in transmission connection with the second transmission shaft. The engine, the first electric motor, the second electric motor, the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft are coaxially arranged, and the clutch device is coaxially arranged between the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft, so as to selectively connect or disconnect the transmission between the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft. The power system and the control method provided in the present invention have an improved layout.
