Abstract:

The present invention relates to a system which uses a plasma reforming module to adjust the frequency of a power system to stabilize the power system and generate chemical energy. The system demands generated power to turn, back to a standard frequency, a changed frequency caused by a mismatch between demand power and supply power in the power system, so that the stability of the power system can be secured, and the system operates the plasma reforming module with the generated power to produce useful chemical energy.
