Abstract:
[Problem] To promote the introduction and spread of renewable energy by encouraging power which contributes to the environment to be consumed in a manner which contributes to the environment. [Solution] A user system 4 is provided with a result data generation unit 40 which measures the amount of power that each user has generated or consumed in each power usage period, and generates result data. An intermediary server 2 is provided with: a token issuing unit 24a which issues, on the basis of the result data, a power trading token containing a power usage period, a power amount, and a compensation amount, and an environmental value token that is an evaluation of the degree of contribution to the environment; and a token cancellation unit 24b which cancels the power trading token on the basis of the result data. The result data generation unit 40 further includes, in the result data, the types of power generation or power storage pertaining to the consumed power. The token issuing unit 24a increases, on the basis of the result data, the value of the environmental value token when power from a power generation type having a high degree of contribution to the environment is stored using a power storage type having a high degree of contribution to the environment.
