Abstract:
The negotiated contract adjustment device (1) according to the present invention is provided with: a storage unit (14) for storing adjustment condition information indicating an adjustment condition for performing, for each negotiated contract made between two business operators on a power supply, an adjustment for changing the planned value of a power amount supplied on the basis of a negotiated contract from a temporary fixed value having already agreed between the two business operators; and a plan adjustment unit (16) for receiving a plan adjustment request indicating that one of the two business operators requests for an adjustment for changing the planned value from the temporary fixed value and performing adjustment processing for determining, on the basis of the received plan adjustment request and the adjustment condition information, the negotiated contract, the planned value of which is to be adjusted, and an adjustment amount that is the amount of changing the planned value. The plan adjustment request includes a desired adjustment amount indicating the changing amount of the planned value that one of the business operators desires.
