Abstract:
A power transmission device according to the present invention is provided with: a variator and a clutch; and an electric oil pump. The power transmission device is provided with a controller that is configured to control input and output of oil to and from a PRI pulley oil chamber by means of the electric oil pump and that is configured to perform select control when a select operation is performed by a driver. The controller is configured to supply oil to a clutch oil chamber by means of the electric oil pump during the select control.
