Abstract:

A power transmission device comprises an electromagnetic wave shielding wall (40) for partitioning a first space (1) and a second space (2) adjacent to the first space (1), thereby to shield the propagation of electromagnetic waves between the first space (1) and the second space (2). The power transmission device further comprises a first pulley (14) arranged in the first space (1), and a second pulley (24) arranged in the second space (2). The power transmission device further comprises a belt (30) made to run on the first pulley (14) and the second pulley (24), thereby to transmit the rotationally driving force through the electromagnetic wave shielding wall (40) between the first space (1) and the second space (2). On the electromagnetic wave shielding wall (40), hollow cylindrical members (50) are erected to communicate the first space (1) and the second space (2). The belt (30) extends through the insides of the cylindrical members (50).
