Abstract:
This power transmission device (1) is provided with: power supply units (13, 14, 15); a power reception unit (23) disposed with a space between same and the power supply units; an electricity storage means (26) that is electrically connected to the power reception unit and that supplies power to a load (27); a distance altering means (16) that can alter the distance between the power supply units and the power reception unit; a detection means (25) that detects the electricity storage state of the electricity storage means; and a control means (11) that, in accordance with the detected electricity storage state, controls the power supply units in a manner so as to alter the output power, and controls the distance altering means in a manner so as to alter the distance.
