A power transmission device is provided with: a pulley (21) which constitutes a driving rotating body; an inner hub (22) which constitutes a driven rotating body; a washer (24); a limiter (25); and a plate (26) which serves as a connecting elastic member for connecting the driving rotating body and the driven rotating body. A plate spring which elastically deforms in the rotation axis direction is adopted as the plate (26). The axial distance (δ) between the pulley-side mounting section (26b) of the plate (26), the pulley-side mounting section (26b) being mounted to the pulley (21), and the hub-side mounting section (26a) of the plate (26), the hub-side mounting section (26a) being mounted to inner hub (22), is adjusted to be within a predetermined reference range by disposing a shim (29), which serves as an adjustment member, in a sandwiched position between the plate (26) and the pulley (21). As a result of this configuration, in the power transmission device provided with the connecting elastic member formed in a plate-like shape, the work efficiency of mounting the connecting elastic member is improved.
