Abstract:
In a press equipped with a power transmission (1) for transmitting the driving force of a press body to a transfer feeder of the present invention a motor (8) is rotated forwardly or reversely for rotating the shaft of the power transmission (1) at the time of re-coupling thereof such as at the time of replacing metal molds, so that a feeder angle (F) is in agreement with a crank angle (P) of the press, and when the difference (P-F) between these angles is within a predetermined range (A), the power transmission (1) is coupled so that it can be connected easily, accurately and automatically.
