Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to perform stable power transmission by using the friction between a driving roller and a driven roller, and to miniaturize a power transmission mechanism. In the present invention, a power transmission roller is provided with the following: a main roller body (2) that comes in contact with a driving roller (D) and a driven roller (S); a rocking shaft (3) that is fixed towards a main vehicle body side; a swing arm (4) that is disposed on the inner diameter side of the main roller body (2) and is provided on the rocking shaft (3) so as to be able to oscillate; a roller bearing (5) that enables the main roller body (2) to rotate freely; a pair of biasing members (6, 6) that are provided on the swing arm (4), and that apply a biasing force on the roller bearing such that an abutting force of the driving roller (D) and the driven roller (S) is balanced in a prescribed position between both rollers (D, S); and sliding members (9) that are inserted into shafts (6a) of the biasing members (6), and generate friction with the shafts (6a).
