Abstract:
In the power transmission according to the present invention for an internal combustion engine (2) provided with a supercharger (1), the exhaust gas energy sent out from a turbine (T) in the supercharger (1) is recovered by a waste heat recovering turbine (3), so that the waste heat recovering turbine (3) is driven, and auxiliary machines (9), (10) for a cooling system for the engine (2) are driven by the power of the driven waste heat recovering turbine (3), the power of the waste heat recovering turbine (3) being transmitted to a crankshaft (12) via a coupling (6) with which the transmission of power can be cut off in a low-speed rotational region or a low-load rotational region of the engine (2).
