Abstract:
According to the present invention, when the voltages at both ends of an element that has a voltage converter or an inverter circuit (3) reach the upper limit of the breakdown voltage of the element, and it has been determined that the received electrical power of a power-receiving device (R) has not reached a target value, a command is sent from a power-transmitting device (S) to the power-receiving device (R) so as to satisfy the criterion that the received electrical power is to approach a target value. The command changes the inductance and/or the capacitance of the element from a receiving-side pad of the power-receiving device (R) to a filter circuit.
