Abstract:
Provided are a power tube core temperature measurement system and method, comprising an electronic control unit (110) and a plurality of power tubes (120); the electronic control unit (110) is electrically connected to each power tube (120), and the plurality of power tubes (120) is configured to be electrically connected to the phase lines of a motor (150); furthermore, the system also comprises a voltage collection module (130) and a current collection module (140); the voltage drop information of a conductively connected target power tube (120) is collected by means of the voltage collection module (130), and the electric current information of the conductively connected target power tube (120) is collected by means of the current collection module (130); then, the electronic control unit (110) is configured to calculate the internal resistance of the conductively connected target power tube (120) according to the voltage drop information and the current information, and obtain the junction temperature of the target power tube (120) according to the internal resistance and a preset correspondence table. Also disclosed is a detection method. The power tube core temperature detection system and method have the advantage of accurately and timely reflecting the state of fluctuation of the junction temperature.
