Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to estimate power usage without using the power consumption pattern of each electric device. A power usage estimation device (10) is equipped with an acquiring unit (11), a first storage unit (12), an analysis unit (13), an estimation unit (14), and a second storage unit (15). The first storage unit (12) stores power information in which a power value acquired by the acquiring unit (11) is made to correspond to date and time. When daily power information stored in the first storage unit (12) satisfies a predetermined condition, the analysis unit (13) categorizes the power information into a group corresponding to said condition. The estimation unit (14) estimates power usage in a branch circuit (32) by comparing the power information contents of the respective groups with each other, said power information contents being stored on a plurality of dates having the same attribute by the second storage unit (15).
