A powered exoskeleton, comprising leg portions and foot portions. The foot portion comprises a foot bottom plate (100) and a foot bottom plate driving wheel (200). The foot bottom plate (100) comprises a first surface (101) and a second surface (102) that are opposite to each other; the foot bottom plate driving wheel (200) is connected to the bottom of the leg portion. The foot bottom plate (100) is flexibly connected to the foot bottom plate driving wheel (200), and can be flipped relative to the foot bottom plate driving wheel (200). In a walking mode, the foot bottom plate (100) is flipped so that the first surface (101) thereof is upwards, and is connected to the bottom of the foot bottom plate driving wheel (200); in a wheeled moving mode, the foot bottom plate (100) is flipped so that the second surface (102) thereof is upwards, and is connected to the top of the foot bottom plate driving wheel (200). The powered exoskeleton can switch between a walking mode and a wheeled moving mode, can be used for aiding in walking, and can also be used as a tool for riding instead of walking for fast wheeled movement.
