Abstract:
The invention concerns a powering device (10) comprising a converter (16) whereof one input (18) is adapted to be connected to an electric power distribution system, a power supply battery (20) and switching means (22) for selectively powering a power supply output (14) with a load (12) from one or the other between the converter (16) and of the battery (20). The device comprises means (24) for diagnosing at least a malfunction of the device and means (26) for providing an information representing the or each malfunction. The invention is useful for powering an operating table.
