The present invention relates to a powerless automatic flushing toilet seat for a water tank having air exhaust and intake control functions only through human body weight and a powerless automatic flushing toilet seat for a water tank that can automatically control an opening/closing operation of a siphon cover through intake and exhaust of air in conjunction with an elevating operation of a human body detection unit for detecting the weight of a user.
