Abstract:
Disclosed is a PPS composition comprising, in parts by weight, the following components: 100 parts of a PPS resin and 5 to 400 parts of metal particles, wherein the PPS is linear; and based on the total weight of the PPS composition, the content of chlorine element is in the range of 1500 to 3600 ppm. In the present invention, by selecting a linear PPS and by adding a certain amount of a chlorine-containing compound, the content of a chlorine element in the PPS composition reaches a certain value, so as to improve the wettability of the PPS for the metal particles, and thereby improving the density and mechanical properties thereof.
