Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of medicine. Specifically, disclosed is a PRDX1 IgG neutralizing antibody, which is a monoclonal neutralizing antibody against a PRDX1 protein or a polyclonal neutralizing antibody against the PRDX1 protein. Further disclosed are a preparation method for the PRDX1 IgG neutralizing antibody and a use of the PRDX1 IgG neutralizing antibody in the preparation of a drug for acute organ injury or sepsis. According to the present invention, a recombinant PRDX1 protein is used for immunizing mammals to obtain the monoclonal neutralizing antibody against the PRDX1 protein and the polyclonal neutralizing antibody against the PRDX1 protein, and these antibodies can neutralize and block the proinflammatory effect of PRDX1 in serum, and can treat acute organ injury such as acute liver injury, acute kidney injury, and acute lung injury and sepsis.
